The below Terms and Conditions apply to all tickets, season passes and other items purchased through the online store, third-party retailers, or in person at Ocean Breeze Waterpark:
NO REFUNDS. Valid only on regular operating days during the 2023 season. Not valid during private parties or blackout dates. Ticket is a non-transferable revocable license. Not for resale; void if duplicated or altered. Ticket will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or destroyed. Guests age 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Attractions are subject to availability and/or height/weight restrictions. All persons and property are subject to search.
Ride availability, operating dates and times may change without notice. Bearer of ticket grants the Park the right to film/video/photograph the bearer on park property for any purpose without payment or consideration thereof. Violation of Park rules or applicable local, state and federal laws will result in expulsion without refund.
Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, may endanger others, or is in poor taste is also prohibited. Bearer, for himself and minor children/dependents, hereby agrees to the foregoing terms and further agrees to release and hold harmless the park and its affiliated companies from and to waive any and all claims, causes of action, demands, and liabilities for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death that may arise out of or in connection with the bearer’s use of the park facilities or any occurrence on park premises, including those arising out of the negligence of the companies or any other party.
