  • Is there a deadline to enroll in the payment plan?

    Spread the cost of season passes and season pass options like Meal Plan or Locker Plan over four payments if you act by March 31st, 2023.

  • Why use a Payment Plan?

    The 3 payment plan allows you to spread the cost of your Ocean Breeze Waterpark Season Pass, Meal Plan or Locker Plan over 3 convenient payments when you purchase by March 31st, 2023.

  • When can I start using my Pass if I used a payment plan?

    If you purchased your season pass with a payment plan and are up to date on your payments, you can start playing on Opening Day!

  • How do I purchase using a payment plan?

    Once you have added your pass to the shopping cart and have filled out your information, you will be prompted at checkout to either pay in-full or to pay using the payment plan option before entering your payment information.

  • Does my Season Pass cost more when I choose the payment plan?

    No. There are no interest fees, finance charges or other hidden fees when you choose to pay with the payment plan.

  • What is the payment schedule?

    If you make your first payment March 15th, your next payment will be due April 15th, 2023. The last opportunity to use the three payment plan option will be March 31st.

  • What can I purchase using a payment plan?

    Season PassesMeal Plans and Locker Plans are payment plan eligible.

  • Can I change what card I use?

    Yes. Changes to payment type can be made through the payment portal. You will receive a link to the portal in an email after purchasing. You can also visit our Payment Plan Portal.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you choose to cancel your payments, all prior payments will be kept and all future payments will be canceled. Your Season Pass, Meal Plan and/or Locker Plan will be cancelled.

  • What if my card declines the payment?

    You will receive a reminder email prior to the payment being charged. Please be sure there are sufficient funds to cover this charge. If your payment declines, your purchase is subject to cancellation. Guests will receive an email with additional information if the card declines on the payment attempt.

  • Can I pay off my purchase early?

    Yes. You may visit the payment portal to pay the remaining amount.

  • What if I don’t want to use a payment plan?

    When adding desired items to your shopping cart, choose to pay in-full.

  • What if I have additional questions?

    Payment plans can only be purchased online. However, we are more than happy to personally assist you with your purchase! Please call us at 757-422-4444.
