Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to pay to park? No, all parking is FREE at Ocean Breeze Waterpark. Are inner tubes for the slides free? We provide FREE single rider inner tubes for use on all of the slides that require them. FREE inner tubes are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We rent single rider inner tubes that can be used on the slides and in the Runaway Bay Wave Pool. Additionally, we also rent double rider inner tubes that can be used on one of the Largo Loop slides and in the Runaway Bay Wave Pool. Do you provide life vests? Yes, we have FREE U.S. Coast Guard approved life vests available for use by our guests. The life vests are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Does Ocean Breeze have lockers available for me to secure my personal belongings? Yes, All-Day lockers may be rented for $5.00 with a $2.00 deposit, which will be refunded when the locker key is returned. If you lose your key, there is a $10.00 charge. Can I wear a floatation device that I bring from home? Yes, as long as it is an U.S. Coast Guard approved life vest. Water wings and donut rings are only allowed in the children's area, and only if the child is under adult supervision. Can I bring a raft or body board from home to ride the waves? No, we do not allow outside rafts, body boards or any other personal floatation devices to be brought into the park, with the exception of U.S. Coast Guard approved life vests. Can I bring a cooler or picnic basket into the park? No, we do not allow any outside food or beverage in the park. Ocean Breeze Waterpark reserves the right to search any coolers, baskets, bags or people to ensure that no weapons, food or beverages are being brought into the park. If you would like to bring your lunch we have a picnic area located near the parking lot. Can I bring food in for my toddler or baby? We have a variety of food and beverage options available for all age groups. However, if your child is 2 years of age or under, you may bring in one sandwich bag of food and one juice drink for your child. Baby food is permitted as long as it is not in a glass container. After I have entered the park can I leave and come back later the same day? Yes, just be sure to get your hand stamped at the front gate before leaving. Do you have an ATM on site? Yes, it is located at the main entrance. Are there height restrictions for any of the rides? Yes,
Yes, a parent and a small child may ride together on the Kiddie Caverns mat slide, the Grape Escape, and the South Seas Silly Slides. If come to the park but don't want to swim, do I still have to pay? Yes. Everyone who enters Ocean Breeze Waterpark must pay admission at the gate. I have a ticket from 2008 or previous summers, can I still use it? No, admission tickets and season passes are only valid during the season of issue. What do I do if I've lost something? If you lost an item while visiting Ocean Breeze Waterpark, please check at the Guest Relations booth at the front of the park. How old does a child have to be to come to the park without an adult? A minimum of 12 years of age. Do you offer a combo pass with Motorworld? No. Ocean Breeze Waterpark and Motorworld are separately owned companies and do not offer any combination tickets. What can I not wear in the park or on rides? Shorts with rivets, buckles, zippers on the sides or other sharp objects are prohibited on rides. Guests may not wear see-through or thong bathing suits. What do I do if I lose my Season Pass? Both temporary and permanent passes have a $10 replacement fee for each card that is lost. What is your rain policy? NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. Ride operations may be suspended due to inclement weather. Ride operations resume when the weather conditions clear. If suspension lasts more than 90 minutes, while the suspension continues, a rain check will be issued if all of the following conditions are met: 1) You have a receipt for today's admission, 2) You have been in the park less than 3 hours at the time the suspension started, and 3) You are leaving the park for the day at the time of issue. No rain checks will be issued after ride operations resume. When are my coupons valid? Coupons are valid only for all-day admission and may not be combined with any other offer or discount. |
